    Format: 3-month engagement · bi-weekly 60-minute sessions · short async check-ins between sessions.

    How it starts: A STEPS assessment of your context and goals, and a 90-day development plan.

    Fractional VP of Engineering / CTO

    For: Seed to Series B startups in autonomy, robotics, AI and other deep tech, typically 10–80 engineers.

    Start here: Engineering Org Review, a 2–3 week diagnostic (interviews, delivery data, architecture and process review) ending in a written, prioritized roadmap. Valuable on its own.
