This site, spyroszaf.com, is operated by Spyros Zafeiropoulos ("I", "me"). This notice explains what information the site collects, why, and your rights.

What I collect

• When you book a call: your name, email and anything you add when scheduling. Booking is handled by Google Calendar.
• When you email me: your email address and whatever you write.
• When you browse: the site's hosting platform (Lovable) records basic, aggregated usage statistics, such as pages viewed, referring site and country. To do this it sets a short-lived first-party cookie (session-id, which expires after 30 minutes). A second technical cookie (__dpl) keeps you on the same version of the site during your visit. I don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• Search performance: I use Google Search Console, which reports how the site appears in Google Search results. It doesn't collect information from your visit to this site.

Why, and on what basis

I use this information only to reply to you, schedule and hold calls you ask for, and understand how the site is used. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible engagement (bookings and messages) and my legitimate interest in running and improving the site (usage statistics). I don't sell your information or share it for marketing.

Who else processes it

My service providers, only so the site, booking and email work: Lovable (hosting and statistics, delivered via Cloudflare) and Google (calendar and email). Some of them may process data outside the EU under their standard contractual safeguards.

How long I keep it

Messages and booking details are kept only as long as needed to respond to you or deliver a session, and are deleted on request. Usage statistics are aggregated.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to how it's used, by emailing spyzaf.steps@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
